nature will not weep for our passing; her law, fair and cruel. if we care about ourselves alone, we will never survive. we are connected to our environment. self has been mankind's course for too long. we have exalted conceit above the law of life, and have established the consequent rule of dissolution in its stead. in sating our own vacuous appetites, we have laid waste not only to our own living-environment, but to all environments necessary for life in balance on planet earth. we have unleashed an all-encompassing destructive force. when we destroy our oxygen, we destroy ourselves and the life-support system of all. when we destroy our vegetation and our forests, we destroy ourselves and the life-support system of all. when we destroy our lakes and our our rivers and our oceans, we destroy ourselves and the life-support system of all. when we destroy our sentient creatures and our wildlife, we destroy ourselves and the life-support system of all. mankind has two choices: serve natural law, or perish. the ultimatum is sober. the prospects of the present course are grim. get right with your environment. get right with the law. serve nature, or serve death and destruction. take a step back. take stock on how much we've lost and little we've gained. we've lost so much, and we will continue to lose more. evaluate the expense of the erroneous paths we have chosen, and work toward positive change starting with yourself and your attitudes and your perspectives and your conduct in this world. the change starts with you, but it's not about you. it's not about me. it's about life, as a whole, and it's do or die.
